WWF Columbia House & Royal Rumble '89

Just a small update today. We've added nine videos from the short-lived WWF and Columbia House joint venture. The 17-video series lasted just two years, but managed to collect a great deal of essential late 1980s and early 1990s WWF history. Each video has a theme, ranging from a wrestler profile (i.e. Hulk Hogan) to a specific type of match (i.e. steel cage matches).

The videos were only available through mail order. Each video rarely breaks an hour, which meant a more attractive price tag for consumers. The entries to the series serve well as primers to this era in the WWF. The variety of the themes allow for a great deal of PPV matches, exclusive matches, title changes, and gimmick matches to get featured.

Best yet, we've got these videos available at some very reasonable prices. Most are under $10. And don't forget, with the 20 percent discount you'll get for signing up for our newsletter (see details in post below), the savings are even greater.

The videos you see above are actual scans of the ones we added to our eBay store this morning. Between these additions and previously existing inventory, we've got almost the entire run of WWF Columbia House videos. Check them all out here.

And just so we can round out things at an even 10 this afternoon, we've added the second Royal Rumble at a super low price. Royal Rumble 1989 has the distinction of being the first Rumble show to make it to commercial video. WWE did a nice job of releasing the entire history of the Rumble in an anthology box set last year, but because of copyright issues, there's edited content. This includes music and the removal of anyone saying "WWF." So check out what you missed. And if you want to fill in the holes of your early Royal Rumble collection, we've got you covered. Go here to see our other Royal Rumble commercial videos currently in stock.
